All tenancies are Assured Short hold Tenancies and can last for a minimum period of 6 months to an indefinite period. A Landlord can choose whether he / she wants to rent the property for a short term, i.e., 6 months or longer, or as an ongoing rental.

We are also sensitive to the concerns of prospective Landlords who may be renting out their own private home for the first time and can offer our reassurance that we take the utmost care in choosing a tenant very carefully, for what is undoubtedly their most precious asset.

THE AREAS M65 and A59 corridors
